In Ryazan, an oil refinery that supplies fuel to Moscow is on fire after a drone attack
Local Russian authorities reported fires at industrial facilities, as well as power outages.

On the night of November 5, a drone attack took place in the Ryazan region. Local residents reported numerous explosions, the operation of air defense, and the sounds of drones.
According to open sources, the ASTRA publication determined that it is the Ryazan Oil Refinery that is on fire.
This is one of Russia's largest oil refining enterprises, part of Rosneft. Its capacity is about 17—18 million tons of oil per year. The plant produces gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, and other petroleum products, supplying fuel to Moscow and the central regions of Russia.
The enterprise also produces fuel for the Russian army. In particular, it previously reported on the development of gasoline with additional requirements for military equipment.
Governor Malkov confirmed a massive drone attack, but did not name the specific enterprises where the fires started.
"Fires occurred on the territory of industrial facilities in Ryazan. Power lines were damaged, and there are power supply interruptions in parts of the city," he wrote.
According to the governor, one person was injured.
Additionally, local residents are reporting a fire at the Wildberries logistics center near Ryazan. This information has not yet been confirmed.
The Ryazan Oil Refinery has already been subjected to drone attacks. After the raid on October 15, a fire broke out there and the main primary oil processing unit stopped.
