Belarusian car manufacturer "BelGee" has set a new sales record. In October, residents of the country purchased 6,700 Belgee and Geely passenger cars assembled at the Borisov enterprise. This was reported by the company's press service.

The previous record was recorded in September, when 6,400 new cars were sold.
About 40% of October sales accounted for hybrid and electric models — more than 2,640 cars in total.
The most demanded model in the new car market remains the updated Belgee X50 crossover. Buyers also show significant interest in the more budget-friendly crossover: more than 600 such cars were sold in October. Sales of the Belgee X70 amounted to approximately the same number, which was a record result for this model.
Among electric vehicles, the compact Geely EX2 maintains its leadership — 1,430 such cars were sold in October. The Belarusian hybrid Belgee X80 also showed good results: over 620 cars were sold in a month.
In 2027, "BelGee" plans to launch a stamping shop. This will allow increasing the annual car production from 120,000 to 200,000.
