In the Minsk quarter Depo, the smallest apartment in one of the houses will be 93 square meters
In the Minsk quarter Depo, early access has been opened to a portion of apartments in a new building by the Nobili group. The house is promised to be completed in early 2028.

A-100 Development
Its feature is apartments with increased areas. Thus, the minimum area of an apartment in the Nobili 4 house is 93.12 sq. m. There are a total of 21 apartments in the building. Prices for those available start from $3951 per square meter, writes Office Life.
Nobili 4 will be the last in a series of houses with a rounded facade and radial stained-glass windows. Thanks to the absence of small apartments in the house, the available layouts include full-fledged 2-4 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room. On the sixth floor, two two-level penthouses with an area of 220 sq. m, ceiling heights up to 3.35 meters, and a stained-glass window in the living room-kitchen area are located.
The developer "A-100 Development" plans to complete the Depo project by 2029. This year, for several months, the most expensive apartments in Minsk were sold in this quarter.
