Children's festival to take place in Warsaw for Mother Tongue Day
On February 22, the children's festival "Nash Kirmash" (Our Fair) will take place in Warsaw — a family cultural event dedicated to Mother Tongue Day.
The event program for children and parents includes:
- musical performances,
- author meetings,
- theatrical readings,
- artistic and interactive master classes.
The event will feature poet and translator Andrei Skurko, actor and writer Aliaksandr Zhdanovich, the family group of Justyna and Tatsiana Karpilovich, Zmitser and Herald Bartosik, artist Maryna Korzun, and others, reports "Supolka Bielaruskikh Pismennikaŭ" (Community of Belarusian Writers).
Belarusian publishers will be present with a range of children's books.
