Chinese electric car seller, which had grand plans, announced bankruptcy
The Economic Court of Minsk initiated bankruptcy proceedings against LLC "7 Ji Pi" on September 22. On the market, this company was known under the brand SGP and positioned itself as a major importer of Chinese electric vehicles, writes Office Life.

The initiator of the bankruptcy was the liquidator of the company due to the lack of funds to repay obligations. The debt reached 4.4 million rubles, while assets amount to 266 rubles. The liquidator was unable to find any other property or accounts receivable.
The total amount of accounts payable, according to the register of creditors' claims, as of August 21, was 1.68 million rubles, including 3.9 million yuan.
As follows from the case materials, since April 14, 2026, Evgeny Osipov has been the sole participant and owner of the company.
In Belarus, SGP announced itself in May 2023, opening a showroom on Dzerzhinsky Avenue in Minsk. The company specialized in selling Chinese BYD electric vehicles.
The importer promised to create a full-fledged ecosystem, offering customers "turnkey" delivery of cars from China in 60 days, favorable leasing, and the sale of home charging stations.
The company's plans extended beyond Belarus: SGP management stated that in 2023 it would supply Chinese electric vehicles to Russia and other CIS countries and had already reached relevant agreements with manufacturers. However, after news appeared in the media, BYD representatives officially denied this statement.
