In Belarus, nine people linked to the "yard chats" case are to be tried in absentia. This is evidenced by the list of individuals against whom the Investigative Committee has initiated special proceedings.

This list includes Ivan Amelyan, Stanislau Botvin, Volha Niakhaychyk, Natallia Huzhava, Kastus Kirylenka, and Lizaveta Plitnik. In November 2024, all six were added to the list of participants of the so-called "extremist formation" "Orden".
According to the KGB, this structure includes the yard communities "Zlye Kogtiki" (Evil Claws), "Sukharevo", "Senitsa 2.0", "Solidarity", "Volnyya Vaŭki" (Free Wolves), "Navahradskiya Partyzany" (Navahrudak Partisans), "VILIYA", and "Skromnyya Matryoshki" (Modest Matryoshkas), as well as the organization "Sosedi" (Neighbors).
Three more defendants are Iryna Trafimik, Ihar Likhach, and Andrei Pupkevich. Previously, they were not mentioned in connection with "Orden".
All nine are accused of conspiring to seize state power and participating in an extremist formation.
