Another large shopping center will appear in Minsk World. Here's what it looks like inside
Minsk World has many different shops, but there's only one large shopping and entertainment center (with an atrium, clothing stores, and more) — Avia Mall. Recently, however, another facility opened, which combines the functions of both a shopping center, an office building, and a parking garage. We're talking about a complex named «Lazurny-Riviera». A few days ago, the developer showed what it looks like inside, as Onliner reports .
«Lazurny-Riviera» grew without much fanfare or announcements in the 13th quarter, in an area bordered by the Southern Highway and Shchemialiov and Luchenko streets. Its address is Leanida Shchemialiov Street, building 11. Across the road from it is a railway, so the new building has become a peculiar shield, which at least somewhat protects residential buildings from the sounds of trains.
The complex consists of three blocks: A (three floors plus a basement and an accessible roof), B (two floors and a basement), and C (three floors with an accessible roof). Parking spaces are located on the second, third floors and on the accessible roof — they can, by the way, be purchased.
But few knew that inside the building, several more floors intended for shops and cafes were hidden. The developer is currently looking for tenants, which is why they revealed the secret and showed what everything looks like inside.
A three-tier atrium is located in Block B. The space is designed as a public area — with two pairs of panoramic elevators and modern style finishes. After the opening of attractions here, local residents will thus gain another full-fledged shopping and entertainment center where they can stroll in their free time.
