Belarusian with mental health problems became a nominal director in Russia. When the scheme collapsed, he was sent to the front — one way
In Belarus, Maksim Serafimovich was sent to a psychiatric hospital instead of a penal colony. In Russia, he was sent to assault troops.

24-year-old Maksim Serafimovich from the village of Hlinniki, Talachyn district, has been officially declared missing. He is being sought by the military police of the Naro-Fominsk garrison (Moscow region, Russia) — and this, with the highest probability, means that the Belarusian disappeared in another "meat assault" on the territory of Ukraine.
Judging by social networks, Serafimovich studied in a special school. When he was 16, he stole a phone at the train station in Orsha. At 17, he got into a fight with another student in the canteen of Ulski State College (agrotown Ula, Byeshankovichy district).
According to Belpol, two cases were opened against Serafimovich, but he was exempted from criminal liability. Instead of a correctional colony, he was assigned treatment in a psychiatric hospital.
Maksim remained in Belarus for several more years, working at "Talachyn-Kamunalnik". After that, he went to conquer Russia.
Serafimovich settled in Chekhov, near Moscow, and agreed to become a nominal founder and director of several enterprises. The Russian authorities had no questions about the Belarusian's adequacy.
Both "Berkakitservice" and "Chulmanprom" are typical shell companies. Such a nominal director might initially receive some money. However, if law enforcement agencies have questions about the business, he will be the one to answer.
It appears that this is what happened in Serafimovich's situation. He became a "director" in May 2026. And by October, he had disappeared. Most likely, during this time he faced the opening of a criminal case and an offer to close it in exchange for signing a contract with the army.
