The plane was flying from Texas to the Bahamas.

US Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy announced that a business jet crashed in a residential area in Florida on Sunday. All nine people on board died, writes BBC.
The air disaster occurred around 12:50 PM North American Eastern Time near Cresthaven, approximately 14 km from the Mar-a-Lago estate — President Donald Trump's residence in the Palm Beach area.
Footage from the scene shows a crater on the road in a residential block, pockets of fire, and debris from the Learjet 60 scattered around.
According to the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the aircraft departed from Austin (Texas) and was heading to the Bahamas.
Duffy called the incident a "horrific tragedy" and announced that the FAA is sending a team of specialists to the scene to assist in the investigation being conducted by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
"I ask you to join me in prayer for the families and loved ones of those we lost," he said.
