The overpass leading to the airport terminal building will be closed for reconstruction. Boarding and alighting of public transport passengers will be moved to the arrivals area.
Works at Minsk National Airport will begin on Tuesday, October 20. For the duration of the reconstruction, traffic on the access overpass will be completely stopped, the airport reports.
Public transport will pick up and drop off passengers in the arrivals area — near sectors 5–6.
Passengers and those meeting or seeing them off are asked to take into account the changes when planning their trip and to plan their route through the forecourt in advance.
Drivers should pay attention to temporary road signs and markings, as well as follow the instructions of staff organizing traffic.
The completion date for the reconstruction has not been specified.
