"We made the difficult decision to say goodbye to some great people," the company said in a statement.

PandaDoc laid off part of its team. This was announced on October 20 by the company's co-founder and CTO, Siarhei Barysiuk, on LinkedIn, writes Devby.io.
"We made the difficult decision to say goodbye to some great people. This is part of changes that will allow us to focus on the areas most important to our customers and to the future of PandaDoc," he explained.
Barysiuk thanked the laid-off employees for their contribution to PandaDoc. He noted that some of them had worked for the company for many years and went through the darkest times with it in Belarus and Ukraine, when it relocated people along with their families. "They helped PandaDoc become the company it is today," the co-founder wrote, adding that he would be happy to work with them again. He urged people to hire them and is ready to provide recommendations.
"I will never forget what we went through together, and I have no words to express how much everything you did for this company means to me," Barysiuk concluded.
He did not specify the reasons for the layoffs, how many people were left without work, their positions, or locations.
As of March, the company's global staff numbered 860 people. It has offices in San Francisco, Kyiv, Warsaw, Lisbon, and Manila.
PandaDoc is among the top ten highest-grossing IT companies with Belarusian roots in Ukraine and in the top 15 most profitable Belarusian businesses in Poland.
In January, the company's CEO changed — co-founder Mikita Mikado handed over this position to Kit Rabkin to focus on product strategy and roadmap. Rabkin had worked there for over three years at that point.
In December 2025, PandaDoc attracted €5 million from Portuguese investors to improve AI functionality and expand its Lisbon office.
PandaDoc's last layoffs were in December 2023 — about 25 people, mainly QA and Scrum Masters, might have been affected.
The company liquidated its office in Belarus in February 2022, shortly after gaining unicorn status in September 2021.
Prior to this, in September 2020, the company's Minsk office was searched. Four employees ended up in a pre-trial detention center on fraud charges, the last of whom was released almost a year later. The visit occurred after Mikado and Barysiuk initiated a fundraising campaign in the summer of 2020 for law enforcement officers who decided to change professions.
