John Cole to visit Belarus "in two to three weeks"

The USA is pushing for the release of all Belarusian political prisoners.

US representative John Cole plans to make a visit to Belarus in the next two to three weeks. He stated this during a press conference organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.

Cole emphasized that the goal of the United States remains "the release of all political prisoners in the Republic of Belarus."

Each of Cole's visits to Belarus has been accompanied by the release of political prisoners. Today, the US representative arrived in Poland. The result of long negotiations and efforts was the release of political prisoner journalist Andrzej Poczobut.
