Trump says he didn't disconnect Starlink for Ukraine, and probably not Musk. But he doesn't know who did
US President Donald Trump stated that he has no connection to the restrictions on the military version of Starlink, which Ukraine uses for communication and drone control.

During a conversation with journalists, Trump was asked who made the decision to restrict the system's operation for Ukraine — he himself or SpaceX owner Elon Musk.
"I don't know if it was someone's decision, because it wasn't me. And I don't think it was Elon. As far as I understand, everything remained as it was before," the American president replied.
Earlier, Ukrainian military personnel encountered problems with Starshield — a military service based on Starlink technologies. Terminals lost connection when drones moved at high speed.
It was reported that the speed limit was 160 km/h. Because of this, Ukrainian interceptor drones could not catch up with and destroy jet drones.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to Musk, calling for the restrictions to be lifted, stating that the lives of peaceful Ukrainians depend on it.
Musk himself previously explained that Starshield systems are controlled by the American military and the US government, who can impose such restrictions.
