«Diana drank six cans of energy drink and asked to drive». Details of the catastrophe in Vileyka district where three young people died

That fateful evening, in the Volkswagen Polo were Diana Demidovich (she had celebrated her 18th birthday just on October 1st), 19-year-old Aliaksei Yakubovich, and 21-year-old Maksim Fiadotau.
Aliaksei was from the town of Krivichy, Myadzyel district, where he graduated from school. This year he graduated from Vileyka State College — where Diana also studied. He was going to be drafted into the army, but it didn't work out, so he went to work as a machine operator in the agricultural town of Svatki, where the collective farm of the same name is located.
Maksim Fiadotau was 21 years old. He was born in the agricultural town of Staritsa, Kapyĺ district. Judging by his social media, he graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy. He worked with Aliaksei — but as an agronomist.
Acquaintances say that Maksim had already been in a car accident — but on a motorcycle. He sustained quite severe injuries and ended up in a hospital bed.
On the evening of October 27, the trio had simple plans — they just wanted to go for a drive.
The Volkswagen Polo, in which the young people were involved in the accident, as far as is known, belonged to Maksim's brother.
Acquaintances state that the group did not consume alcohol that evening. They say about Aliaksei that he was very principled on this matter. He never drank when he intended to drive — and didn't allow others to either. He used to say that if the traffic police stopped him, it was better to be without a license than to be drunk.
Friends of the group say that on the evening before the accident, Diana drank six cans of energy drink.

Around 8:40 PM on the 104th kilometer of the P-28 Minsk — Maladzyechna — Narach road, on a right-hand curve, the girl swerved into the oncoming lane and collided with a Mitsubishi.
