The man faces criminal charges.

The police received a report that a Ford without license plates was driving through the village of Sutsin, Pukhovichi district, and the driver was presumably intoxicated, writes the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
When the traffic police arrived, they tried to stop the man, but he continued to flee from them.
"After warnings about the use of weapons, the inspector fired targeted shots at the tires," the police said.
Behind the wheel was a 32-year-old local resident, who was drunk. He had previously been stripped of his driving rights for a similar offense. 10 administrative protocols were drawn up against the man, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
It is reported that the driver faces criminal liability for repeat intoxicated driving within a year. The Ford has been placed in an impound lot and will be confiscated.
