Trump announced a response to the attack on the U.S. embassy in Riyadh
The U.S. President told NewsNation that the United States would respond “in the near future” to the attack on the American embassy in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and the deaths of American servicemen.

According to data from the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), six American servicemen have died and 18 more have been wounded since the start of the operation in Iran.
“[Trump] also told me that, in his opinion, the introduction of ground troops [into Iran] would not be necessary,” wrote NewsNation political commentator Kelly Meyer on X.
Earlier, in an interview with the New York Post, the U.S. President did not rule out the possibility of sending American ground troops to Iran “if they are necessary.”
