In these Minsk apartments, a square meter costs over 10 thousand dollars. What are they?
This is more than four times more expensive than the average in the capital.
Palace in a High-Rise Building
The apartment, where a square meter costs about $10180, is the most expensive among those listed for sale in Minsk. It is located in the "Pory goda" residential complex at Kiseleva, 17.
They are asking $2.88 million for it. The total area of the apartment is 283 square meters.
Both in terms of area and interiors, it resembles a palace more than an apartment. The renovation in this apartment is done in a classical (palace) style with distinct elements of Baroque and Rococo.

The apartment has three bathrooms, one of which is comparable in size to a studio in "Minsk-World," three walk-in closets, and even a laundry room.

The main bedroom features a large bed. The ceiling and walls are adorned with stucco molding, and the floor is laid with parquet.

There is also a huge dining-living room, two bedrooms, an office, and a kitchen.
The finishing, all furniture, and appliances in the apartment are exclusively from expensive brands.

The plumbing and kitchenware in this apartment are from the Italian company Versace.

Overall, the apartment gives the impression of being some 18th-19th century palace where aristocrats reside.

However, the building itself, where these royal apartments are located, looks far from aristocratic from the outside.
With a Terrace and a View of Slepianka
In the apartment for sale in the "Aquamarine" residential complex, a square meter costs $10650. The total area is 216 square meters, of which almost 93 square meters are occupied by a terrace with a view of Slepianka.

The largest room inside the apartment is the kitchen-living room, measuring 69 square meters. The apartment's renovation is done in a modern minimalist style.

The apartment has two bathrooms, a walk-in closet of 21 square meters, and three bedrooms. One for adults at 19 square meters and two children's rooms that have a passage between them.

The description indicates that French designers worked on the apartment's project.

Along with the apartment, two rooftop premises (creative studios, 23 square meters each) and two parking spaces with charging devices for electric vehicles are included.

They are asking $2.3 million for everything together.
Apartments in DEPO
The most expensive square meter is in a three-room apartment in the DEPO quarter, at 11 thousand dollars. However, considering the relatively small area, the apartment's price is not that high compared to previous options — only $980 thousand.

The apartment is designed in a minimalist style with elements of Japandi (a combination of Japanese and Scandinavian styles).
The largest room is the kitchen-living room, almost 30 square meters.

As for the other rooms — the bedroom and the office — their sizes are modest: 14.5 square meters and 15 square meters.

The apartment also has two bathrooms and a small walk-in closet with a window.
How Realistic Are These Apartment Prices in Minsk?
Currently, the most expensive apartment ever sold in Minsk is considered to be the apartments in the "Comfort Park" residential complex at Griboyedova, 21. An apartment of 168 square meters was sold this summer for $1.167 million, which is almost $7000 per square meter. And this was for an apartment with bare walls. Two parking spaces cost almost another $100 thousand.
