Belarusbank lowers interest rates on real estate loans

The reduction applies to two credit lines.

Currently, the interest rate for 'Mortgage Express' will be 12% per annum for the first 24 months, and after that — 14.4% per annum. Currently, the rate for this loan is 15.4% per annum.

The 'Buddhom' ('Stroydom') loan, which is issued for the construction (purchase) of a house kit, a house for seasonal and temporary residence (dacha), as well as business apartments, can be arranged for a period of up to 15 years starting October 19. The rate will be 14.4% per annum.

The loan term has been increased by three years, and the maximum amount to 300 thousand rubles.
