Lithuania Revoked Skindzerau's Refugee Status and Expels Him from the Country
The bankrupt entrepreneur must leave Lithuania. He is banned from entering for 10 years.

The Migration Department of Lithuania has decided to revoke the refugee status of Belarusian businessman Dzmitry Skindzerau. Lithuanian special services considered him a threat to national security. Skindzerau told SOTA about this.
According to Skindzerau, on November 3, he was summoned to the Migration Department to announce the decision. During the meeting, he was also informed that in two weeks they intend to deport him to Belarus.
In addition, Lithuanian authorities will annul Skindzerau's issued refugee travel document. Meanwhile, according to the businessman, his Belarusian passport has already expired. How the authorities intend to carry out the deportation is not yet known.
The decision of the Migration Department states that Skindzerau maintained prolonged contacts with employees of Belarusian law enforcement agencies and special services, and also carried out an assignment from a GUBAZIK employee to collect information. It is these circumstances that the Lithuanian authorities consider as evidence of a threat to national security.
