On the shore of Komsomolskoye Lake, a 15-year long-term construction is finally nearing completion. Registration for a closed sales launch is already underway
About 15 years ago, construction began on the Hyatt hotel complex on the shore of Komsomolskoye Lake. The hotel was planned to open before the World Ice Hockey Championship, but they didn't manage to finish it in time. After a long break, the unfinished hotel was decided to be converted into an elite residential building. Work progressed slowly, but it seems the process is finally approaching its logical conclusion. Activity at the site was noticed on Threads, writes Realt.by.

In the footage captured by the post's author, it can be seen that the massive construction fence around the building has been removed, leaving only a light mesh perimeter. Apparently, the external work on the facade is virtually complete; only the landscaping of the territory remains.
Recall that the Hyatt hotel on Staravilensky Trakt was being built by the company «Raw Materials Resources». The object was planned to be completed by 2014, but construction was not finished by the specified deadline. As a result, the hotel, which was 70% complete, was acquired by the company «SunBridge», associated with «BelVEB Capital».
According to the object's passport, the construction of the premium-class residential complex was planned to be completed back in February. Now, everyone interested in purchasing an apartment is told that sales will begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
The club house will have 8 floors, more than 150 apartments, and underground parking. Based on the complex's description on the website, «the foundation of the new home will be the technologies and logic of a five-star hotel». Residents are promised «surprise from the first step — what evokes admiration in a five-star hotel will become a part of your life here».
The complex will feature a restaurant with author's cuisine, a SPA, a swimming pool with panoramic glazing, a fitness room, as well as concierge services, cleaning, laundry, and car parking by complex staff (valet parking). 24-hour security, video surveillance system, and access control will also be provided.
Inside the complex, an atrium garden will be located, which will become an exclusive space for residents: with thoughtful landscape design, areas for relaxation and yoga.
