At the Republican Children's Hospital of Medical Rehabilitation, Andrei Skavinski works as a gardener and a complex maintenance worker.

However, for staff and young patients, he is a true master who fills the hospital corridors with light. His author's gallery in the institution is constantly being updated with new works, reports the Telegram channel "Minsk Region".
The hospital already has about 25 framed paintings donated by the artist, not counting murals directly on the walls.
"To create large canvases without excessive costs, I developed my own affordable technique: first I apply an watercolor tone, then I use pastels for depth and shadows, and finally, I meticulously work out the drawing with a pencil and white paint," Andrei recounts.
The master chooses the subjects together with chief physician Zhanna Tserashchanka, creating what gives strength and brings a smile.
