On the night of Saturday, October 31, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck an enterprise of the Russian military-industrial complex — the Kamensky Plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, Russia. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This enterprise produces solid rocket fuel for ammunition of "Uragan", "Smerch", and "Tornado-S" multiple launch rocket systems, as well as for a number of missile systems and aerial munition.
According to the General Staff of the AFU, the attack utilized strike drones and Neptune coastal missile systems of the Ukrainian Navy. As a result of the strike, a warehouse of finished products caught fire, and four production workshops were also damaged.
The Ukrainian General Staff noted that strikes on solid rocket fuel production reduce the Russian army's capability to shell Ukrainian settlements with multiple launch rocket systems.
Additionally, Ukrainian military personnel reported the destruction of four warehouses of material and technical means belonging to Russian troops in the occupied territories. They were located in the areas of Khartsyzk and Dokuchaievsk in Donetsk Oblast, Novovasylivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and Novoaidar in Luhansk Oblast.
